1. Please double check you have inputted your username and password correctly.
2. If using Microsoft's Internet Explorer browser ensure 'session cookies' are enabled.

To enable 'session cookies' in Internet Explorer;

• Click the tools menu in your browser and select 'Internet Options'
• Click the 'Privacy' tab
• Click the 'Advanced' button
• Ensure 'Override automatic cookie handling' is ticked
• Ensure 'Always allow session cookies' is ticked
• Click 'Ok' twice and try logging in again
